To travel to Rishikesh is to travel to the ancient birth place of Yoga nestled in the foothills of the Himalaya mountains on the shore of the Holy Ganges river.

During this retreat you will travel on an inner journey of self discovery using the innovate techniques of Transformational Yoga, including Hatha Asanas, Pranayama, Mantra, and Meditation. Two yoga classes a day will be offered by our expert teachers as well as evening relaxation with yoga nidra. In addition, Swami Prem Virem will conduct dynamic Osho meditations every afternoon.
